In-house craft beer
Our shop is Kumamoto's first beer restaurant with a craft beer factory. We will entertain you with freshly made craft beer. It's a great place to work for people who like alcohol ♪ We ask our customers to sample the characteristics and suggestions of craft beer.
Teppanyaki of beef fillet
We also propose to our customers the pairing of delicious dishes that go well with craft beer.
Among them, the most exquisite dish is the most popular "Domestic beef fillet teppanyaki".
I would like to share with the staff the customers who are pleased with the delicious food.
kitchen
Our kitchen is a glass-enclosed kitchen where you can cook while watching the customers eating delicious food. Not only the hall staff but also the kitchen staff can work while looking at the customer, so it is a workplace that is very close to the customer.
There is also a daily menu, so if you are good at cooking, you can entertain customers with your own dishes.
